Goride owns and operates goridetransfers.com. You may use this website solely for viewing information, booking rides, and registering for online payments. Any other commercial use is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

All content on our website is for reference purposes only. Unauthorized use of our logos, trademarks, or any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Personal Information: Used to confirm your booking and for marketing if opted-in. Not shared unless legally required.
• Account Security: We protect your info but you're responsible for your credentials.

Links on our site are for your convenience and do not imply endorsement. Use them at your own risk.

Submit your booking at least 24 hours in advance. Include flight/train info and special requests. Contact us immediately if your itinerary changes.

Complimentary wait: 60 mins (airport) / 15 mins (other). Missed windows may incur a full charge unless prior notice is given.

Complaints must be submitted to support@goridetransfers.com within 3 days of the trip.

• Passenger limits must be followed.
• Children can't sit up front. Oversized bags may reduce capacity.
• Unapproved oversized luggage may be refused, resulting in a full charge.

All standard charges are included. Extra requests or delays may require additional fees.

• Goride: Ensures booking fulfillment and data protection.
• You: Must provide accurate data and avoid misuse of site content.

Goride is not liable for missed connections, virus-related damages, or issues from third-party sites. Force majeure events are excluded from liability.

Moroccan law applies. Disputes go to a Moroccan court unless resolved amicably. Invalid clauses do not affect the rest of the terms.
